How do I order?

You can place an order in the following ways:

Is registration on the site required?

Registration is NOT mandatory to place an order through the site. However, with it you will shop more conveniently, monitor the status of your orders and receive information about our most current offers and promotions.

How will I know that my order has been accepted?

Once the ordering process is successfully completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email that your order has been accepted and a message on the screen that our associate will contact you at the specified phone number to clarify all shipping details.

When will my order be delivered?

You will receive a call from our employee with accurate information about the upcoming shipment of your shipment. Usually, orders for available goods placed by 2:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day.

An order for in-stock goods received after 2:00 PM on a business day, a weekend, or a national holiday will be prepared and shipped the next business day.

Depending on the location, courier companies deliver them within 1-3 business days.

What is the shipping cost?

Force-tactical.bg offers free shipping for orders over 150lv with the courier company “Speedy” and over 190lv with the courier company “Ekont”. For orders outside the country, we offer free shipping over 300 euros with A1 POST.

For those under this amount, in the last step of the order through our website, the shipping price will be automatically calculated and you will be able to see it.

The delivery price is calculated based on the current rates of the courier companies “Econt” , “Speedy” and “A1 Post” and largely depends on the cash on delivery, the weight of the ordered goods and the delivery method you choose – to the courier’s office or to an address of your choice.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can do it in several ways:

Is there a Preview, Test, and Select option?

We send all orders with a preview and test option so you can safely see and try the products before paying the cash on delivery amount.

We also offer a “Choice” option if you are unsure about the size, we can send you several and you can choose after testing which one to pay for and which one to return.

How do I pay?

Force.bg offers the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery – with this you pay your order in cash or by debit/credit card to the courier upon receipt. (option for orders from the territory of Bulgaria)
  • Debit / credit card via virtual POS terminal during the order through the site through the BORICA system
  • Bank transfer – upon completion of the order, a window will appear with the necessary bank details, to which you must transfer the order amount. The shipment will be sent immediately after we receive the amount in our account.
  • On lease – through Iute (option for orders from the territory of Bulgaria)
Can I exchange an item I purchased?

Yes, you can exchange a purchased item within 30 days of receipt for another item offered on our site, and the price difference will be deducted. The item you are returning must be in its original packaging, intact, along with all accompanying documents and all accessories with which it was delivered to you.

Returns of products without a tax document certifying the purchase; without packaging or with damaged/incomplete packaging; without a label or with damaged/incomplete packaging; with traces of wear, impact, scratches, injuries or other external marks; with stains, torn, broken, punctured, torn, burned, perfumed or washed; with traces of manipulation and any other type of intervention cannot be accepted.

Can I return a product I ordered?

Yes, this is your right according to Bulgarian law and we give you a 30-day period, starting from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, to return the ordered products.

When you have ordered more than one item and you wish to return some, not all, of the ordered products, force.bg will refund the price paid only for the returned items, reserving the right to withhold the discounts made from the price for the ordered quantity compared to the remaining products in your possession.

The items you are returning must be in their original packaging with intact integrity, along with all accompanying documents and all accessories with which they were delivered to you (receipt, return/exchange form, original labels, accessories, gifts, etc.).

If you wish to return a purchased product(s), please fill out the replace and return form.

IMPORTANT: The refund of the paid price is made by bank transfer, for which you need to enter the IBAN of the personal account in which you wish to receive the money. Please do not return products by cash on delivery, as they will not be accepted.

Who pays for the courier service for returns or exchanges?

When returning or borrowing a product, the customer bears the courier costs.

If you are returning a product, you need to pay the courier costs to the office of “Econt” or “Speedy” – Sofia – Mladost 1.

In case you are replacing product(s), you will pay the shipping costs for returning to us, as well as re-sending the replaced product(s).

Do I get a discount as an employee of the Ministry of Interior/MoD and how?

If you are an employee of the Ministry of Interior or the Ministry of Defense, Force.bg offers up to 10% discount on items on our site that are not discounted. To take advantage of it, you need to verify that you are on active duty in the relevant ministry. This can be done by sending a photo of your service card to our email or phone. Any information other than your name and surname can be hidden, as it is not necessary. Force.bg is licensed to process personal information under the requirements of the GDPR.

What is the warranty on the products?

All goods from force.bg have a 2-year legal warranty, or another explicitly stated period, for the conformity of the goods with the sales contract, which begins to run from the moment of receipt of the goods.

The warranty loses its validity in the following cases:

  • Lack of a tax document proving the purchase from force-tactical.com
  • Damage and violation of the integrity of the product due to actions that are not related to the normal use of the product.
  • Damage due to improper operation.
What should I do if the product I want is not available?

If the product you want is currently out of stock, you can easily sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. To do this, you will see a short sign-up form on the product page. Enter your email address and you will receive an automatic notification as soon as the product is back in stock.

If you prefer, you can also contact us by phone or email to further inform you about the expected delivery time or to offer you an alternative product.

Can you help me with the delivery of a specific product?

We will do our best. To this end, please write to us at info@force-tactical.com with as much information about the product as possible, preferably with a link to the manufacturer’s website or another site.

Do you have a store where I can see and try on your items?

We work entirely online. We ship with courier companies “Econt”, “Speedy” and “A1 Post” and your shipments will be sent with an option for inspection and testing.
