1.How to order?
- Through the online store: select the product you want, click the “Add to basket” button, and follow the steps in the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart to view the products you’ve selected for purchase, then fill in all required information and click the “Complete Order” button. After completing these steps, you will receive an email with a copy of your order. For final confirmation, you will receive a phone call from one of our representatives. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing the tracking number.

If your contact information is entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will call you to confirm your order within 24 hours on business days and within 48 hours on weekends.
2.Shipping and Payment Methods.
Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery – pay the courier directly upon receipt of the package
- Payment by credit and debit cards via POS terminals using Borika’s services (in the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. We do not store any credit card information.)
- TBI Bank – loan repayment option
- For orders outside Bulgaria, payment is accepted only via credit and debit cards through the VPOS system using Borika’s services. (In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. We do not store any credit card information.)
Shipping methods:
Deliveries are made via the courier companies “Econt Express” and “Speedy AD,” at the customer’s choice. For deliveries outside Bulgaria, we use A1 Post. For orders over 77 euro, shipping is free with Speedy, and over 97 BGN with Econt (for international orders, over 300 euro). All shipments are insured and include a tracking option.
For every order, you can expect a call from one of our representatives to confirm availability and let you know when your shipment will be sent.
Of course, we try to process them as quickly as possible; it usually takes 1–2 business days.
The prices of the products on this website are final and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in these prices.
The website may offer products that are currently out of stock; in such cases, the customer will be notified by phone.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Return Policy
Under the Consumer Protection Act and the rules of commerce, the consumer has the right to file a complaint in the event of missing items, defects in the goods, a discrepancy with the advertised size, or a discrepancy with the advertised brand.
You can return an item within 28 calendar days if:
- The item is in its original condition (it is not torn, scratched, worn, washed, or ironed, and the tags have not been cut off or removed);
- There is no damage resulting from improper use;
- The original packaging, consumables, and accessories have been retained, if any were included;
- The shipping costs for returning the merchandise are the customer’s responsibility
- The amount will be refunded via bank transfer
To exercise their right to cancel the contract, or if they wish to exchange or return a product, the User must complete and submit the relevant form, which is available on the Replace and Return page of the Force-tactical.com website
By completing the form, the User provides the necessary information, including their name, physical address, phone number, and email address, and unequivocally states their decision to cancel, exchange, or return the product.
Submitting a request by other means (by mail, fax, or email) will not be considered valid notification unless the merchant has expressly confirmed receipt.
Warranty Service
Force-tactical.com is liable for any lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery, even if it was unaware of the lack of conformity.
A commercial warranty is any obligation undertaken by the merchant or manufacturer toward the consumer in addition to their obligation under this law to ensure that the goods conform to the sales contract, to refund the amount paid, or to replace or repair the goods, or to provide another type of service related to the goods, when the goods do not meet the specifications or any other requirements unrelated to the conformity of the goods with the sales contract, as stated in the commercial warranty statement or in the relevant advertising made at the time of or prior to the conclusion of the contract.
The consumer may not invoke the Commercial Warranty and forfeits their rights under it:
- In the event of a lost warranty card;
- If repairs or corrections are attempted by a person or service center not authorized by Technomarket.bg;
- In the event of damage caused by improper use;
- In the event of damage to the product;
- In the event of chemical, electrical, or other damage not related to the normal use of the product;
The manufacturer’s warranty provided for this product does not cover product components with a limited shelf life (batteries, consumables, etc.). Warranty service is provided exclusively at the service centers listed on the warranty card, provided that the product is accompanied by all necessary documentation and accessories.
The products and services listed on this Site are limited solely to the General Terms and Conditions and information provided on the Site, and no warranties of any kind are provided beyond those specified, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
